In our daily operations, we focus on minimizing waste and maximizing resource efficiency. One of our major sustainability practices is fabric recycling. During production, leftover fabrics such as cotton, lycra, viscose, and other knit materials are carefully collected and sorted. Instead of being discarded, these materials are sold to spinning mills.
At the spinning mills, the fabric waste is processed into fiber, commonly known as “tula.” This recycled fiber is then used to produce yarn, which re-enters the textile production cycle. This process supports a circular economy, where waste materials are transformed into valuable resources, reducing the need for new raw materials.
